- Develop and execute occupier flexible office strategy - Analyze existing CRE portfolio to leverage flex at a portfolio and asset level - Create occupier flex policies - Advise and execute flex operator selection - Advise on global flex MSAs, existing and future flex operator agreements - Assist with Individual transactions - Assist in identifying and securing flexible office solutions (co-working, managed offices, flex suites, on-demand offices, access memberships, virtual offices, etc)
